A cloud-native network management solution for Internet Service Providers.
Strings provides insights, metrics and charts for HFC + FTTH networks, and it will soon feature provisioning.
Strings is maintained and improved by a passionate group of people, and was inspired by Office Hours consultations at AWS Startup Hub Paris in Station F.
We want to be a platform for vendors and aggregators who can leverage our APIs, in order to provide new and exciting features inside our solution.
Our use of Lookup tables and other Data Science processes has enabled us to go after vast amount of data, in a constant stream, loading instantly at every scale.
Our mission is to provide better ways to anticipate problems and enable faster growth for ISPs. We need to find ways to have this data reach the end subscriber in a different form.
Strings is created by Interlink, with presence in Argentina, Brazil, France and the United States.
Interlink is a software company that creates solutions for managing Internet networks and collaborating in virtual settings. The company is a proud legendary supporter of EDRi (European Digital Rights), a collective of 44 NGOs advocating for user rights and protecting people's privacy online. Take a look at some of their victories.
We want to spark the next era of connected innovation by contributing uniquely in boosting the potential of virtualized networking. Bridging the gap between open and closed societies while adding value to Internet Service Providers.
Strings is the result of more than 25 years of experience creating solutions for the ISP market in Latin America.
We wanted to create a remarkable user experience based in taking action faster, and preventing problems. For those issues we cannot prevent, the key is to treat them while they are small.
Everything in Strings is an effort to resolve common ISP problems in unique ways.
We have come a long way since then!
Interlink began as one of the first regional ISPs in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. Offering dial-up connections at first, we know what it takes to set up and grow networks.
We needed to manage network devices in a better way, and vendor-made software was not enough. We created the first iteration of a primitive version of what is now Strings.
A cloud-native effort began for a completely new approach , as the previous product reached end-of-life status. We focused on the right architecture that would support carrier-grade features.
We completed our work on delivering value for common network operations problems, and set our sights on developing FTTH Provisioning. After a long time prototyping for this feature, we expect to complete it during Q1 2021.
